This adapter plate allows SBC/LS bolt pattern transmissions to be used behind the Atlas**.
Examples are T56, Tremec, NV4500, TH350/TH400/4L80e/6l80/90 etc...
The plate has sufficient material added to the side to allow it to be used as a mid-engine mount plate. Additional material was added on the bottom to accommodate installation of a billet main cap girdle. The plate is 3/8" thick.
We can also produce custom adapter plates. Inquire for details.

** 4&5 cylinder applications(2800, 2900, 3500 & 3700) will require the end user to remove additional material to clear the balance shaft drive.

The plate is 3/8" thick. The plate is laser cut and then CNC machined.
The plate has sufficient material added to the side to allow it to be used as a mid-engine mount plate. Additional material was added on the bottom to accommodate installation of a billet main cap girdle.
We can also produce a plate with the SBC/LS transmission mounting holes deleted for use with other transmissions e.g. AMC/Jeep
For customers using other transmissions we can do a fit study to see if the proposed transmission will work, there is no charge for this.
You need to supply the bolt pattern and dowel hole locations referenced to the input shaft center line.
Note: If the OEM flywheel/flex plate for the proposed transmission is less than 13.7" in diameter - It will not fit without modifying the bellhousing.
