Atlas engine coil adapter kits
This product is meant to convert the Early 02-05 engines to the later 06+ coils (Coils not included).
The 06+ coils are much higher energy, and are essentially LS coils on the inside. When running higher cylinder pressures, the 02-05 coils will not get the job done. This kit does not include the coils, but has everything you need to bolt the coil into your stock 02-05 head. Make sure you hold onto the 02-05 coils, as you will need to transfer over the gaskets to the new coil adapter.

Reground cam las adjuster and shim kit
This kit is for Schneider reground cams using the 66RH grind on a Vortec 4200. Will work for any year Vortec 4200. Apparently Schneider will also do these grinds of the 4 and 5 cylinder too, so we will now offer them in 4 and 5 cylinder quantities.
The kit includes shims for the exhaust side, and revised lash adjusters for the intake side.
Cams and valve springs NOT INCLUDED.
I would highly recommend that you pickup Kent Moore J-44228 Valve Spring removal tool in order to remove the valve springs. Also, the timing chain tensioner retaining tool is essential for performing this job without removing the front cover and oil pan. Please watch this entire video (https://youtu.be/KfFEjmSvH3Q) before buying this product. It is a pretty involved process to install the cams on an engine. If you do not plan to take the front of the motor apart it is tedious and you may end up tearing the front of the motor apart anyways, which may require the motor be removed from some chassis’. If you think you are not up for the job please do not buy the kit. It is worth it in the end (in my opinion), but I want you to know the risks before buying.

Starter adapter
This product adapts a Tilton style Small Block Chevy Starter to the Atlas Series engine. This allows you to install a starter without modifying the bellhousing when installing another transmission behind the Atlas engine. The countersunk style cap screw is not included in the kit. Some starters have a M6 thread in the starter body. Some have 1/4-20. You must verify what you have and source yourself.
The screw sizes in the adapter are M6-1.0.

Note: We have found some inconsistency in the bolt hole locations of some starters. It is possible you may have to drill out to a slightly larger hole for some Tilton style starters.

4200 alternator lowering kit (requires AC delete)
This product contains the necessary items to relocate the alternator lower and make room for an aftermarket intake manifold, for you Vortec 4200 Engine. depending on the configuration you choose, the tensioner will be relocated as well. Serpentine Belt is not included.
Unfortunately this kit will not work on the 4 and 5 cylinder Atlas Engines
PLEASE NOTE: THIS KIT REQUIRES THE DELETION OF THE AC COMPRESSOR

All vortecs alternator passenger side relocation kit (requires power steering delete)
This product contains the necessary items to relocate the alternator and make room for an aftermarket intake manifold, for you Vortec 2800/2900/3500/3700/4200 Engines. Serpentine Belt is not included.
This kit will work on the 4, 5, and 6 cylinder Atlas Engines
MUST USE VORTEC 4200 STYLE ALTERNATOR. WILL BOLT ONTO 4 AND 5 CYLINDER, BUT 4 AND 5 CYLINDER ALTERNATORS ARE DIFFERENT.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS KIT REQUIRES THE DELETION OF THE POWER STEERING

Vortec 4200 58X trigger conversion kit
This product is intended to bolt an external trigger wheel onto the front of a BHJ Harmonic Damper. THIS WILL NOT WORK ON A STOCK DAMPER! Designed to work with Gen 4 LS Crank Sensor (PN: 12585546).
THIS KIT WILL NOT WORK WITH OUR PASSENGER SIDE ALTERNATOR RELOCATION KIT.
THIS KIT WILL NOT WORK WITH THE FACTORY POWER STEERING PUMP.
I would recommend the purchaser of a piston stop of some sort to help with the setup of this product.
